I guess you can say SOE already owns it because they are publishing. I just hope they keep the same developers. Unsure why this thread is in SWG.... |

What most interests me is what happens after this game and Gods and Heroes both bomb? SOE "Platform" publishing going 0 for 3 should make them as welcome as anthrax as a business partner... POTBS does have something of a chance to make a niche since it's the first pirate MMO that will make it to release, but all the signs are that Gods and Heroes and Perpetual are going to end up another Vanguard/Sigil story. Except they have the rights to STO, which I expect will end up in SOE's evil hands. If Paramount has a lick of sense they wouldn't let SOE within 100 lightyears of STO. |
