Requiem Online finally went OB on the 22nd.  About to finally get around to giving it a try today. Requiem Online site: www.requiem-online.co.kr/

I'll try to post some in-game screenshots, and give a quick run down on it, later.

Edit: No PM's about accounts.  They will just be flat out ignored and deleted.

Experiment? I''d rather have wintergreen.

Do you happen to know if it is possible to play the game or see the website in English?  Thanks.

Why post this.. its korean, has no talks of being translated to english anytime soon, and the one thing people will do now that you have raised interest you try and discurage them from doing it.

This thread seems like a waste of time.

I guess you haven't taken the time to notice, that we do have people here.  Interested in foreign games, if you think this post is a waste of time.  Well obviously this thread wasn't for you to begin with. Those people interested in the game do have the means to download the client and create an account.  If you have a problem with what I post, you are more then welcome to take it up with the staff at MMORPG.com, and if they find it to be against the rules.  I'm sure they'll remove it.

No need for this thread to start turning sour, last time I checked it was MMORPG.com and didn't make a distinction on region, persons, or game budgets.  A region could maybe have a bad reputation for creating games that certain people find to be clones or constant grindfests, but that doesn't mean someone doesn't like the game somewhere, or at least isn't willing to give it a try.  I am one of those people who let's the little guy have a chance. The only difference is this is a .com domain and maybe not .de, .nl, or .kr, etc.  We gather here to share information and experiences on old releases, newly developing and upcoming games, and without all of the political, historical, or hypothetical borders.

I lose more stars than a hollywood speedball convention.

Indeed, some of us even learned to read Korean to play alot of the games.

My korean sucks though and I end up talking about peoples moms being whorges versus asking them where "Looney Fox Leaders" spawn.

Good times.

All games published by Gravity make it to the US in English within 6 months of its release in Korea.  The thing with Gravity is there sheer market penetration with localized servers in 6 continents, and 4 subsidaries for CIS, United Arab Emirates, France, and US.  No mmo company has the same reach.  As a result Gravity invested alot of money into its translation staff.  We should be seeing this game in the US in January.

If you think this thread was a waste of time, the Open Beta Discussion forum may not be for you. Yeah, all of it. This forum actually was built out of the interest of Korean originated games. Meaning, the majority of, "Open Beta Discussion" is of Korean games. Roin didn't waste his time, you wasted yours. We have been throwing up and informing people about Korean MMO's since this forum opened. So chill out. If the thread isn't right for you, don't post in it.

Say whatever you want directly to me, i am one of those who follow foreign games.

Im just waiting for this nonsense to devolve into a  "How to i get a KSSN" Thread then locked, which would further confirm my  post stating that this thread is a waste of time, as most people who follow these games know, open beta or not, ALL korean games require a KSSN.
