Perfect World

Hey I have the main files installed on my computer, but I cant get it to patch following the directions on link;

Http://wiki.perfectworld.cc/ChineseInst.ashx.    I have tried to use the "WanMei-CN-MY-Patch1-9" file but it keeps erroring out the launcher

and closing.   I try the Verify Client on the Launcher and it cant patch file 1.ini it keeps erroring out as well and retrying.  Any ideas would be

helpfull if anyone knows what is going on.

Also forgot everytime i try to install WanMei-MY-Patch1-9 it says update folder corrupted, then closes the patcher.

I dont get how to update. Someone said to change a folder from chinese to english but i dont know which folder. please help

np, Ok. There are a few things you can try to fix this. First of all are you using Vista?

If it says "Folder Corrupted" You have to change the folder name where the game is located, it will be in Chinese you have to change it to English.

Run the WanMei-My-Patch1-9 and then the English Patch.

Tell me if it works or not.

Ok, where did you install the game to. I installed it to:  "C:\PW\PW2"

Now one of the folders will be in Chinese eg. "c:\(??)\PW2"

You have to change the Chinese letters to English.

Do I use the User Name and Password that I registerd with CubiZone.com?

Ok, I am in game but when I talk to the NPCs there is no text. Anybody know whats wrong?

Is everything in English, mobs, npcs, ect?

If it says 100%, than that means its all of it. Yes, its npc's, mobs, and all. Sorry if that came off kinda mean...

Yes i know its everything i was asking him, because he may of forgot to re-appy the English patch.

Ok, I got the English Text working now. Does this game have any Music? I think the first time I launched the game it had music but now when I launch and get in game I have no music just Sound Effects. Anyway I joined Server 2 so add me to the English Clan. My name is Korvenus.
