Dude though torrent it works perfectly.You posted your problem a while ago and I current finished installing the game and is patching it... torrent wasn't even that slow 

The reason we didn't try it, we already had all of the other files downloaded but that one.  I don't really like using torrents either.  I am sure part three will be ready soon.

the game won't work for me it says it isn't latest patch no matter waht i do and it won't patch any futher and the patch 1-9 won't work because it is says it is older than game version... I tried reinstlaling and using the 1-9 first before it updated but it stills shows same error anyone want to help me out?

EDIT i use vista if that has anything to do with it

Make sure you fill in every piece of info, as it reuires it, even if it's not * next to it(put fake passport #,address and phone). Make sure the passport you eneter is random 9 numbers, as it likely won't accept somethng like 123456789.  Look at the top of the form when it resets on ya to see if there is a red message saying "you need to....." Also, I use IE7 browser, so I don't know how well it works with Firefox, Opera, etc. Hope that helps.
