I went and signed up for the 200 beta spot give away and was wondering if anyone knew if today was the the deadline or the actual drawing or was it both?? I know it was the deadline, but no clue when the drawing is....

Just keep an eye on your email. Make sure to double check your Junk/Bulk/Spam folders if your mail client filters anything. |

The deadline for submissions has ended. When they will announce that winners have been selected and e-mail sent out, who knows. I just hope I'm one of them. :D |

usually, contest beta winners get in at the very last part of beta. Like, the last week and a half or so before the NDA is dropped. They're people being invited to expand the playerbase, not actually help them test. |

Thats sometimes the case and other-times not. With LotRO beta I won here, I was part of the first beta, though not in the first wave of beta 'invites.' Others, that are ongoing and thus I cant talk about, I got in very close to the 'open' beta phase. Not that I've won a whole lot here, but it seams really up to the company, not MMOG.com on when you get in. If your lucky that's sooner rather then later. |
