ok, so I get a picture, I resize it, I make it all the way Im supposed to, but when I go to upload it from my pictures folder, it says it is not a gif or jpeg...problem is, it is a gif and I also have one as a jpeg!  Neither one will work!  HELP!

If you're sure that it is 80 x 80 pixels or less and the file size is less than 8k, I don't know what to suggest.

It sounds kind of silly, but make sure you have view file extensions on and that your images aren't something like this "image.gif.bmp" or something.  I hear that a lot from people with windows machines.

If not, then I don't know.  Same as above really ensure dimensions/size
