Everquest II

Hello.  I am, for the most part, brand new to EQ2.  I purchased the game today and am currently downloading the patch (after an awful night of figuring out the tech issues with Vista and patching )  I've played the trial version several times so I can get started decently enough.
So about me I'm 20 (21 in a couple months ), (if you have any age requirements) and plan on playing either on a PvE or RP server.  Preferably AB or PF as I hear those are the best.  I'm looking for a Neutral or Good factioned guild. 
It's not an MMO but online grouping game wise I heavily played NWN with lots of maxed chars.  Also, Phantasy Star Online had a lvl 113 hunter, 43 Ranger.   MMO experience lies mostly withing a plethora of games I have beta tested, (lots of time in RFO and VG) but subscription wise it's mostly WoW.  60 priest, 60 mage, 38 druid, 32 rogue, 28 hunter. handfull of epics etc etc.   I raided with some of the "elite guilds" whatever you want to call them and easily held my ground.  Out-healed many priests full of epics.  I've been gaming for a long time and learn fast and can play skillfully.  I'm not looking for a hardcore raiding guild though, unless you're ok with me not joining every raid.  Tue, Thur, nights I coach soccer, Sat nights I go salsa dancing.  Other than that play time is always different as I work part time, my scheduling is pretty random.
Guild experience, I've always been in a guild no matter what game i play.  I usually tend to hold a leadership position as I'm always kind, never cause drama, always helpful,  chatty, mature, and responsible.  I also usually tend to attach myself with medium sized guilds or smaller.  I dont care for 100+ member mega sized guilds as I like to be close friends with everyone.
As for a class I don't really care what I play as long as it's not one of the most played classes which means I'm willing to play whatever you need basically.   From what I've read a Coercer seems to match, hard to play, very needed in groups, no one plays them, but it's definitely up in the air, whatever you need.
