I was wondering if anyone knew when Rappelz Epic 4 will come out. They're in closed beta testing for it right now, but there's no sign of a release date. They probably haven't determined one yet, but I'm not sure.

Epic 4 is already live on the korean servers since April. One of the gms posted on the forums that they are still tweaking some things and that Epic 4 would be patched in on our servers incrementally starting sometime in June. All of the incremental patches will only be activated together, this means once the last patch is downloaded. So it should happen soon and probably end between July and August. BTW, some of the Epic 4 features like the arenas and the guild alliances have already been patched in last month. It seems that the guild wars (announced) will be coming post Epic 4 though. |

How's it gonna work if they do that? There are supposed to be some major skill changes and new Rank 2 classes. Not only that but they announced that they were going to reset everyone's class and JP. Are they planning to do all that in one patch? Did they do this for Epic 3 also?

As I said, there will be several patches over a couple weeks. But all of the Epic 4 features will be activated together once the last patch is installed. The gm also said that there will be no other updates until these patches arrive. I have started to play the game with the Epic 3 client, so I don't know how it was with the Epic 3 update. |

I've heard many people mention that Epic4 is going to be released on the 31st of July. But it may just be rumors, but alot of people have told me 31st of July. |

Last I knew (when the rappelz forums were still up) E4 was on the beta/test server then they went and did the "network upgrade" and down went the forums and almost the index connection |
