The game manhunt 2 has been banned in the UK.
The game was shooting for a mature rating, but the english censors deemed the game so gruell that it was not fit for the general public. So they refused to give it any age rating which means the game can not be released in the UK. Lets hope that our Conan developers will not change anything to this games setting. Violent games in general are on the edge of being banned. |

Conan is not even in a similar league with Manhunt. It has nothing to put up against it. There are few games that are as cruel as Manhunt, and probably Manhunt 2. It's pure killing. molesting and torturing for the sake of it.
So I don't see Age of Conan being banned. Maybe if they add rape as a requirement to get into the multiplayer part of the game. |

it will not be banned in the uk. THINK, they are so many worse games than this already out here! have you not heard of GTA? there are lots of rated 18 games int he uk, this is gona be like rated 17/16, so chill out winston |

If you can see "boobs" on page 3 of a daily UK paper then..... Manhunt 2 and AoC are two very different games, aimed at two very different audiences. Nothing to be worried about. |

They never learn, by banning games it only encourages people to get them even more. Especially kids.
All that's going to happen is people will go and download it illigaly from a foreign host. Anyway Conan is a totally different game, you can chop peoples arms/legs off (similar violence level to the film) and that's about where the similarities stops. |
