Awhile ago I launched the War-Herald, a rather shabbu WAR fansite. Well it's back, and completely revamped! If you would stop by and drop a few comments in at www.war-herald.com . Our forums are a little empty and any help getting a kickstart would be appreciated! |

greetings. the site looks pretty good, I just have one question. why call it the "War herald"? you kinda didn't know that is the name of the official info page for warhammer? www.warherald.com Don't you think this might create confusion for both you and mythic? |

Well on the whole warherald and war-herald thing, I didn't even know there was a official warherald website until after I registered the domain. We where thinking about changing it but my staff at the time of development said there wasn't much on that site so just go with it. So I appologise for any confusion, it wasn't intended. But I do think we made a damn good site! |

it is. and there is not much in the war herald site... now. but if the daoc site is any indication, www.camelotherald.com , it is gonna be quite busy busy pretty soon after launch :) then again, the name similarity will give you people that accidentally write your address instead of the official one. i hope mythic does not care :D |

Whether intentional or not, I think it would be prudent of you to register a different domain name and move the site there. The Warherald, done by Mythic, will be THE main site where people will go for info on the game, stats, etc etc. If anything do it out of respect I'd say. That's if you're true fans of the game that is, and not just looking to cash in somehow. Like maybe having a high traffic site due to the closeness in names?
