Anyone else see this? I thought it was quite disappointing.

I went with a bunch of people to see it last night.

I was pleased with it, though I would have gone with a different ending. Way better than the second film, though.

I thought the whole "Multiple Jack Sparrow" hallucination thing that was throughout the movie was kind of dumb. I guess it was in there for comedic value, however, it just wasn't that humorous in my opinion and I felt it detracted from the movie. The other thing is, I thought the whole thing with Davey Jones cutting out his heart was so he wouldn't feel anymore? If so, why is Will Turner all lovey dovey at the end of the movie?

Whats there to be dissappointed about?  Great in depth storyline and the battle sequences were nuts.  Having the Black Pearl and the Flying Dutchman battling it out in an ocean maelstrom while Capt. jack and Davy Jones cross swords on top of the mast at the same time!  What's there to not like?  I am hearing a lot of complaints about that the movie is to long, (i don't think so) but why is that such a problem?  LOTR ROTK was 5 hours with extended edition and no one complained.  I highly recommend this movie.  And the ending even fit well with the whole scheme of PIRATES.  My guess is that since this is suck an amazing movie franchise, $400 mil each movie, they will make a 4th film to continue where World's End left of with the Fountain of Youth.

Thats the only part that actualy makes sence.

Now, I can't make you not like it, but common, all that mushy stuff almoust made me hurl, after the 16th time some betrayed someone I started yawning so hard my jaw almoust stayed locked wide open. Maybe I think it sucked so hard because I liked first 2 parts, and maybe if it was, I don't know, 2 and half hours shorter I would like this one too.

The fighting sceenes looked so fucking amazing that it was a real shame they made no sence, like the whole armada thingy and one ship down and booohoho....

So, what now? Is the Davey Johns locker now called Davey Turners locker or what?

Actualy this movie was not nearly as bad as the new Spidey but it felt like such a grind to get to such an uninspiring ending....

Then that makes us 2, because I lol at myself too, but I also lol at you because your reading comprehension is at the same level as your reasoning.

I liked the first 2 movies, which are pirate movies too if I'm not mistaken?

Betrayl is ok, but at one point you just start to feal the scriptwriters loosing the thread and just throwing in whatever they come up with. I try to avoid blanket statements and give opinions, shame I can't get responses in the same manner.
