Be afraid, very afraid.
One feature that would simply fellowships significantly would be the ability to view other players quest logs. This way a fellowship can quickly know what quest the group needs and start their adventure together.

the only thing that wouldnt work in that idea is if one person in the fellowship already did the quest...then how would that work? But i like where you are going with this.
