I have nothing interesting to say. Period!

I left 3 months after release.  I was a Master BH, but bored to tears.  I really want to come back if it;s better than it was.

1.  Did the add any useful loot? other than holos

2.  Did they mmake it so it wasn't so tedious to take care of your harvestors and shops?

3.  I see they fixed shuttle times (yay!)

Any other info is apreciated.  Convice me to come back...shouldn't be hard.

Comedy is a dead art. Now tragedy,
......THAT''S funny!

As I understand it, BH has still gotten NO LOVE whatsoever. In fact, they have been nerfed a couple times since you left.

Shuttle times are shorter, but starports are still 10 minute waits. I don't think that helps any BHs.

I don't think the harvestors and shops have changed much. The UI has improved a bit, but its still time consuming and a pain. Although the new survey droids can help time-wise with the harvestors, you can have a better idea of when resources shift.

Basically, the game IS improving, but from what I hear, being BH is just as horrible. broken, and bug ridden as ever.

I may sound like I'm bashing the game, but thats only due to the BH thing. I still play and enjoy (after a break) as do many others. I just dont think many of them are BHs::::02::.

I would say that the game has probably only changed "cosmetically" since you left.  I am not much into PvP as far as SWG is concerned, but I understand they have made some changes and slight balances there, either in the form of nerfs or in the form of foods, etc. which help offset some of the overpowering aspects of PvP.  As far as master BH is concerned, or any SWG profession for that mater, I think there would be very little change for you to come back to.  Honestly, it seems that SWG is designed for you to pick a profession, perform the profession for a number of weeks or months, and then shift your profession, restarting the cycle.  The folks who pick a profession as the "end" profession and achieve it become bored quite quickly as there is no new content after you are a "master", which leaves no new challenge to the game.  I guess this could be said about most MMO's, but it's not quite as easy to get to the "end" game in most other MMO's, so SWG can sort of pitter out early if you don't keep switching up what you do in game.  To answer some of your questions.....yes, they have added new dungeon type environments which have useful loot in them.  I don't think shops and harvestors are any less tedious to maintain, although they have added droids to help with resources at least to a degree.  Yes they have fixed up the shuttle times, but starport times still remain at 10 minutes which can still be quite cumbersome to travel.  There have also been MANY bug fixes and tweaks to the game which have made it more convenient in one aspect or another, but it still is SWG all the same.  In my opinion, it's one of the best MMO's I've played, but I still became bored with it in the end.  I would attribute this to the the entire ease at which you can master any profession solo and in most cases master it 'faster' solo which eliminates the need to group and socialize present in other MMO's.  I always hated not being able to solo very well in Everquest, but I think that I can appreciate what it did for the game community much more now that I've experienced SWG.  In the end, I think if you can find a way to keep it interesting, to not grind too much, to make friends and do varied things then it's definetly a solid choice for a game system.  I hope this helps to some degree.

No...

ya, its not as hard anymore, with all the easy ways to travel especially.

I really took the big dagger when they nerfed the bleeding shots and fire shots. It just still lacks the content, no meaning to anything. But, they are in the process of revamping the Jedi, and droid engineers have a purpose too... it is defanately better now than before, but there's still not much content...

Have been Master BH and then Smuggler until i quit about 2 months ago.

Mastering (investigation tree) still takes bloody ages,  missions are buggy, "official" jedi - missions or player bounties still don't exist, so BH is no really attractive choice. Helluva lot novice BHs and wannabes, though.

The upcoming upgrades (space stuff) make a return attractive...but let's wait how that's gonna turn out to be.
