Hello all, i was once like most of you swg refuges after the NGE went live who couldnt find another mmo that felt like SWG..But among the cursing and hope for a good, complex, sandbox mmo I have finally found something..something with crafting that is deep, useful, and essentail for the player driven economy..I have found a game that allows you to do anything, whenever, and however u want (freedom like SWG)..And it has combat that does something new and steps away from the same old aut attack..

It's called Roma Victor and it has come a long way since release...it's a great game that has a small but mature community...And for anyone who enjoys roman history this is definelty for you...Another plus is theres no monthly fee, just purcahse the game and ur set!!

tvalentine...   The devs didn't go ban happy.  They banned 6 people, 4 of them were total assholes that should've been banned long ago.  The other 2 I don't know enough to form an opinion.  But please, do not talk of what you don't know...   You were only there like what, a week?

I thought Roma Victor would be the answer to my SWG-Crapped-Up blues, the crafting game is quite good and I've had fun with it.  Unfortunately it is not enough to see the game through.  There is a big patch on the horizon that should make things better, but in all these years, I've learnt not to believe the hype until I see it implemented.  So we'll see.

So you are asking people to leave SWG which has one foot in the grave for RV which has all but a toe in the grave?

There a reason RV has such a low player base despite having NO monthly fee,its simply really terrible and even the one off fee is not worth getting and ofc do not forget this game uses real money for ingame cash  also.

If you are looking for a change to SWG look somewhere else.The ghost towns of SWG feel like london at peak hours compared to RV.

I support any exploit ban which actually must be a bold move for RV and amazed they took that step.That may account for more then 2%(i be shocked if the game has even 250 active accounts on it all together) which from an accountant point is significant in long term.

But banning cheats certainly must be a good point for the game rather then a bad point ,and the game has so few good points its comforting to see a good point.
