I originally bought this game just to do my routine MMO test.I usually buy every MMO a they hit shelves. I honestly was getting ready to say wow this game is terrible. But after a days gameplay, I was shocked. Everything in it is amazing. The graphics, quests, deeds, storyline quests, items, crafting, exploring, Monster system, the world map, already a free content update in June.... Many more but bottom line, this game is worth every dollar spent and eery hour played.

PS: Try and invest in a headset, theres a coice chat system integrated into the game, and when you join a fellowship, you can pretty much chat or whatever you want without being bothered by typing. Completely optional though for the shy ones :)

i tried the game when they had the open beta for 2 weeks. the graphics seemed kinda bad but ive read that the graphics are alot better with the retail version. anyways, its good that you found an MMO to keep you interested for a while. ill probably give LOTRO a try if DDO gets boring.

headset?! i dont even talk when my sister is talking on her mic lol

Mate, LOTRO is a pretty game.
No one is saying that is crap.

But honestly, do you see yourself playing LOTRO in 1 year, after maxing your main in 1 month and running out of content?

LOTRO is fun but his success is going to be short lived, the content is grinded way too fast and apart from questing, it offers limited other activities: no PvP, very simple crafting, no need to group so weak comunity in the long term.

LOTRO is just the starter before the main course (Warhammer), it s not the real deal.

Turbine has already announced new content. Turbine is known from it's free major updates.

LOTRO is just the starter before the main course (Warhammer), it s not the real deal. Warhammer is a kids game just like wow they both have no skill . Want a game that has graphics and skill , go read DarkFall.

Do we have some hard copy on Darkfall at present, so we may judge for ourselves whether is has any hope?
