Are there any servers that weren't in beta so that they didnt start at level 15?

If not, whats a good server to start on?

 

I think im going to be a captain. Any idea what the least played classes are in order from most played to least played?

Currently they haven't opened new ones since the servers they have up should hold an assload, but here is their official posting for what your asking.
