Not much information yet, but the official Tides of Lyenoa website has been upgraded to include a brand new forum.  Also, there are separate sections for TOL 2D, and the newly announced TOL 3D.

The new site isn't much more than the forum, but the admins have announced that more information and content are coming.  Visit the site here.
