He never said specifically that Pre-CU was the only offence by Sony. Hell, I could name twelve off the top of my head besides that one. Rootkits Exploding Batteries Jacking the price for the Station Pass Screwing the players of Planetside, Matrix, not to mention SWG. Screwing PS3 buyers with their "no really.. it's completely backwards compatable. It's not? OOPS!" and most of all.. Selling substandard products at inflated prices just because it says "Sony" on it.
