Vanguard: Saga of Heroes

Last time I tried to /claim my stuff it didnt work, it wasnt even loaded into the fucking game. . .so I buy the Collector's Edition of VG and I get an access key that gives me the crafter card. . .but I cannot use it because some moron that thought up the idea didn't follow through and actually have the stuff ready upon release.

I think this one is Sigil's fault. . .slacking as usual.

Cards are linked to account numbers so once you have registered thats it.

I would guess the item is soulbound so you cant trade it.

You don't get to pick the type you get.

What happens is it's tied to your game key. For example, I opened up my dvd case and there was the Eila the Crafter card, with my game key on it. It's not a seperate key you enter, but the same key you use to create/register your account. So when you register your account, you'll automatically get the cloak for whatever card it is your game key happens to be printed on.

For the Crafters, it's an "Artisan's Apron", I'm logging in currently to try and claim it, I'll let you know on look/stats after I manage that.

Actually Syn, theoretically you could trade cards with someone, but that would mean trading account keys before you'd used it. So it would require a certain level of trust, you'd be trading cdkeys, and you only get the 1.

On the topic of the cloak, yes you can claim it now. It looks pretty cool, mine's a solid grey/back. It's got the cool silver badges where it attaches to look all official and everything (like most other cloaks). It does have a hood.

Stats wise I'd say it's pretty good. It goes in the apron/cloak slot. The crafter one has +1 to all 4 crafting stats, +9 to using tools and tables and utilities. It's also a 30 slot container, which is pretty handy.

It's Unique, No Drop, Soulbound, No Sell.

Called the "Pocketed Artisan's Apron".

Personally I think it's pretty good stats wise. Probably useful up though mid-level crafting. I wouldn't be surprised if it was useful even up to max level of crafting.
