Heres what we know about that:

sex scenes, no, at least none with the "action" visible

partial nudity with fully rendered boobs, yes

full nudity, probably not

clothes that show plenty of skin, yes

Dev's comments on the subject state that they in no way want to go too far with the sexual aspect of the game, and by doing so earn an AO rating. They intend to use it to give a mature feel to the environment, without having it be overkill.

Murder is fine right, but sex.... now that is just wrong. 

I wonder if we as humans will ever get this strightened out.

I have no problem with video nudity if it fits with the storyline or is appropriate for the game.  Conan movies had some nudity and suggestive clothing, so as long as they don't go too far I think it would be ok.

However, Big Pixelated Boobies for the sake of "oh look Big Pixelated Boobies" I wouldn't care for at all.

There was nudity and scantily clad women in God of War, didn't seem to bother anyone there.

there will be an option to turn off nudity however

umm... where did you get this information?

Is your source, video from Norweigian Verdens paper that is showing developer working with female model where boobs are visible? I think that you should stop drooling. That is developer, who is working with developing tool - it is normal that they are using fully rendered character models. For example Oblivion was shipped with fully rendered boobs, but it wasn't never really meant to be part of game content. Then one brave girl published modification that allowed topless model - and US ESRB raised big riot and rerated game to M. (From European point of view, US rating system is really bizarre - game with burning tortured bodies and hellish views is rated to T, game with boobs rated to M )

Only sure information what I know are: 

• game is going to be rated M in US and Funcom is going to do everything to ensure this
• there migth be somekind option that allows user to select violence/nudity levels (I don't think that ESRB is going to support this idea).

Godager:Let me start by saying: Conan will be the most mature MMO ever made, and that involves a lot of blood and sensual undertones, even though its not going to be tasteless.
The books are many things. They are violent, somewhat sexual, and they are a product of the 1930's.

We are adapting to our times and the MMO media, but we try to keep what is there - in essence, detail and spirit. There will not be any intercourse or hidden "coffee modes" or anything like that, but there will definitively be some "showing of skin".

There will be plenty of violence though, but there are two important things here: a) Conan is a mature game. We aim at that rating and want to make sure it hits that rating. We do not want to become "adult" by accident and end up sold at specialist stores and on grizzly Internet sites with a million pop-ups.

This means we will err on the side of caution in terms of how we display nudity in the game. b) It is up to you what you want to see in terms of violence (fatality deaths) and nudity in the game. We want to make sure these are things you can turn on and off as you want.
