I pre ordered this game. It was so horrible i cancelled my pre order and got my refund in feb 06. I deleted the game and have never thought about this piece of junk since. Now, today november 16, 2006. they charged me $69.98 for the game!!! What kind of scam is this????

Yup, like I said in the other thread, they tried to charge me 10 Euros. Looks like they woke up today and found they didn't have much pocket change.

Yup me too. I emailed Click and Buy to ask for a refund and to cancel any sort of fake subscription they think I have but I haven't heard back yet.

Send Click and Buy an e-mail saying you will include them as co-defendants if you have to sue DnL to get your money back. Bet they'll get back to you alot quicker |

I just noticed this happened to me also. I sent a email to both Dark and Light and click and pay. I never even played this after reading how bad it was from others. I paid 39 bucks but never subscribed or downloaded it.

Man I thought his nightmare was over. I didn't bother to process a refund, I actually felt sorry for them because they were so incompetent, I figured they REALLY needed the 60 bucks (plus I did fly my dragon) Anyway I just started the process of denying the charges and will drop a note to Elliot Spitzer's office in NY (where click and buy is located) to let him know of their fraudulent activities. Must be a last ditch attempt by Fartlan to get some capital out of this deal. They are the #1 company on my list as far as BALLS are concerned! I've never seen a group of people so eager or so evil as to try to charge thier past patrons multiple times in order to make a quick buck! WHAT THE HELL!!! I'm I that Naive or is society getting that bad???

Bastards tried to rip me off of 10 bucks USD. As soon as ClickandBuy sent me the E-Mail, I canceled my debit card before they could charge it (try getting money outta that Bitches!).
Charged me on November 16'th as well. God dammed conartists!  |
