If you came here looking to just vent don't ask for help. If you actually had a problem (I think your OP is totally exagerating the problem and his advancement but thats just my guess) you should take it to their support staff, or if you do have a problem and report it here maybe you should be thankful for advice given. I didnt come here for help i came here to say wow its totaly crap. and i DID right a bug report about that problem. not that it will matter much
