The United Nations Interim Force In Lebanon, or UNIFIL, was created by the United Nations, with the adoption of Security Council Resolution 425 and 426 on 19 March 1978, to confirm Israeli withdrawal from Lebanon,restore the international peace and security, and help the Lebanese Government restore its effective authority in the area. Israel did this crap before in a conflict and they killed a member of my family, that I never met mind you, who was working at a UN post. They got confirmation from Isreal they would not target the UN base, and bam less than seconds after the post called the UN main base to share the good news it was leveled.

Isreal - Kill Hesbollah, Survive and then have peace

Hessbolah (sp) - Kill Jews and destroy Isreal. And then have peace.

Both stated that these are their goals.

No matter how many UN things you list, you must remember two things:

1. No definite proof has been offered that Isreal went after the UN on purpose.

2. The UN is in the middle of a war zone observing. People DIE in warzones.

Try it Joker, the resources are out there. I'm well educated in what 'autrocities' Isreali Jews dealt with before the 6-Day War in 1967. They weren't that bad. They were opressed, but they weren't incinerary bombed or tossed into restricted areas, unable to arm themselves with anything but home made rockets. Hell they even had a voice in the government then. While 'working peacefully' with the Palestine government. Sure there were conflicts then, but that was when there were MEN running nations.
