Anyways, I am having a blast in the game and I thought this game would fall in the majority of people on this website (hating this concept) go figure!? The game is actually fun (I still cant believe what I am saying), but worth a shot to people that dont have it. Go find a friend with a Trial Key, then you will see if this is your type of game. nuff said..

Yes well done to all the fanboys who worked over night to make it possible. PS: Nothing against Auto Assault in particular, which is a very well done game, but this race for the top of the chart is just nonsense. We all know how MMORPG.com chart works, nothing really scientifically proven.

I mean RFO was sitting a full .2 higher before I reviewed it for mmorpg.com and in a few weeks has dropped.

I know it's kind of shocking, but the game is actually really good. And because it's so new, they're still working out the launch jitters (balancing, etc.). Once they work these out, its users will grow even more. But I agree with the poster above: the hype thing is useless. I made a decision to buy a game based on that once before, and will never do so again. Although I love AA, I'd recommend that anyone thinking of buying it get a trial key first to see if it's for them. I recommend that for ANY mmorpg.

Personally, I am not a huge fan of this type of game. It is a great concept and new twist on the mmo genre, but it just is not for me. A few of my friends are having a blast playing it though, so it has got to have a few good points. :)

Played it for a week, gets extremely boring and tedious very fast. Not too mention the server populations are insanely low.

Already down to 8.3 The game has 372 votes (compared to the 3000 of eve or the 5000of wow) at the moment, averagification will happens as more people votes for it. less votes, higher or lower ratings :) Yeah, those ratings are kinda useless, i wonder if mmorpg.com can do something about them? ie: remove them or make something more useful instead of those? I might try it when they start having free trials available to the public. I'm the only person I know in real life who plays MMOs, so the buddy key thing is out. I'm a big fan of visual character customization, which is the only thing really preventing me from buying the title at this point. Everything I've heard about that part of the game leads me to believe that I'd find it a major disappointment even if I enjoyed the gameplay. If I spent 90% of my time or more in a car, character customization would still be more important to me than car customization. I'm just odd like that. Still, I'd give it a chance in a free trial just to see if customization was better or worse than it's been described.

Disagree. doesn't matter if its 372 votes or 3720 or 37200. What does count is the average score from said voters. Thus far it would seem that the poeple that have voted rate it highly. If another 372 people vote against the game because they dislike it then yes the score will drop. However if 5000 people score WoW badly then WoW's score will drop, ditto for EvE or any game for that matter. Got it on preorder :D should be receiving it tomorrow morning, i'm actually quite excited. I've heard -alot- of good things about this game, even if it is just a 1 month wonder, at least it's a month i won't be bored for :D

Yeah, this game might not be for everyone, but most of the people on mmorpg.com that are playing it now our either shocked this game has a fun factor and the other class of people just waiting for it to fall apart and say I told you so. Me, I take the latter half, I gambled with this game, found a friend with a trial and to my amazement, I was shocked. Ran to EB and bought the game along with Dreamfall. This game reminds me of Grand Theft Auto Online (like one person said) mixed with Earth and Beyond type concept (but on the ground ). LOL if that makes sense. Who would of thought with a name like Auto Assault! LOL .. Anyways I am having fun and thats all that counts.
