The latest developer profile has been posted on the Motiga blog. This time gameplay designer Carter McBee writes about his past gaming history and what he brings to the Motiga team.
Before coming to Motiga, I worked on projects that had varying degrees of success (mostly not as much success as I'd hoped). What I learned over the years is that when you're working on a project as collaborative as a video game, there's only so much that one person can do to make the project successful. The key to creating something truly great is to have an agreed-upon philosophy and make sure every single person on the team is working toward the same goal. Sounds obvious, right? And yet, so many times it doesn't work out that way.
