as u can see in my subject, will everyone look alike? I really hate it when u cant customize your character to be unique. Will everyone have the same armor and weapons and each lvl, say lvl 10 u can get new armor, then lvl 20 and so on. Or wut would be really great would be a huge selection in the character custimization screen then throughout the game u can do adjustments to it or add awsome armor. An example of poor variety in charactres is Guild Wars, yes its a great game, but the only downside of it was the custimization, all u could do is upgrade your armor to have little things like spikes and different styles. I this is in RF online i will be very dissapointed, so the game better gain back my liking of it. I just want to know if it will have good custimization and stuff along the lines of that. I hope im not the only one who thinks this, but imm just makin a suggestion. Thx Cheers |

In the Phillpines beta, when you create a character you get to choose your race, male/female etc just as you do in most MMO's. In the Cora race, for example, there are several hairstyles to choose from, but no way to customize hairstyles as of yet. There are also several different "faces" you can choose from as well. Then you pick your armor, allowing you to choose from half-a-dozen or so shirts, pants, gloves and boots. You don't select your weapon on the character create screens . . . you actually do that shortly after entering the game. When you choose what kind of weapon you want, everyone gets the same weapon. In other words, all sword users get the same sword, all dagger users get the same dagger. In lowbie areas there will be plenty of armor and weapon drops which you will be able to use when you reach level 5 or 7. Sadly, the drops are all the same. So, when you are a new player, you will look different, but when you hit level 5, everyone will be wearing the exact same armor until they reach the next level where they can wear the exact same armor as everyone else. I do want to say that the mage weapons look very cool in this game, even the ones that are used by low-level players. |

There's such a huge variety of weapons it seems that it will be hard for everyone to look alike. As for what ive seen in the screenshots, people will look at least a little different |

As far as customization goes, I wouldnt mind the armor being alike just so long as the character models themselves are unique. when all you have are a few hairstyles and some basic facial styles to change it gets rather annyoing seeing hundereds of you running around. As long as they have detailed character design armor is merely a secondary concern. |

It would be great if armour was different. Just adds something new, you know? I hated guild wars for a number of reasons, but one of them was the fact that everyone looked soooooooo similar, and the armour was too preset. Since GW, i have moved onto WoW and i just hope that the custimisation and armour on this is going to be similar. |
