Praising Tera for anything else aside graphics and its combat system reeks of false advertising, claiming that this game can kill WoW reeks of troll.

When you put nice graphics and good combat system aside all you have is just another Korrean grinder with tedious questing and serious lack of endgame content when compared to some of it's AAA competition.

I'm a fan of tera and "into it" and I'd agree with what you have here. not everyone hates mindless quests that do nothing more than give you an excuse to go kill stuff.

I hate reading quests or paying attention to the story. I could care less why I'm being sent to kill a room full of children. I'm happy to do it! The fact that they're all really demons and there's a cute story behind it....doesn't matter to me.

Tera is probably a game that's better played with a group of friends and the point is to play with them not worry about the little things like how well written a quest is. In the end to me a quest, no matter how well written, is just sending you to go kill 10x of something and return.

8 months of subscription and maybe 10+ cosmetic items including 3 mounts, never payed a dime of real money.

I can see why the console gamers like Tera - it is the closest mmo to a fps that I have seen. Unfortunately for me that is the problem - I get motion sickness in fps and this game affects me in the same way. It is a shame because, even what little time I spent in the game, it has the most beautiful graphics I have ever seen in an mmo.

If the game was not good people would not play it at all. Does not matter if its free or pay to play.
