I am a pvp animal and cant stand GW2 pvp Why? Well I like the fact that is not gear dependant at some point but it has major flaws for me: - No heal or tank class. Coming from a game like war you know what an organized team with both classes can do. To put in a simple way, IT LACKS TACTIC AND STRATEGY - Armor doesnt seems to have a rol. And I am talking about heavy-medium or soft. It seems that doesnt matter to wear cloth or chain. - Chaotic. Warriors can hit you with a rifle as hard as dps classes. - Rvr sucks. Comparing with daoc or war it is a joke. - Very instanced. You only have locked scenarios or a huge rvr area. No open pvp at all. If you want to pvp you should try darkfall, conan , daoc or war for me gw2 pvp is a joke. Of course its my personnal opinion and dont want to piss off anyone. I recognize I didnt play much gw2 and can be wrong in some detalis but I think the above are reasons repeated ad nauseam by pv p players everywhere |

GW2 pvp isnt really hard, i was level 3 and started to pvp after 10 minutes i started to have most points most kills and stuff like this almost every match... i contuined this until pvp level 11, got bored after

Consoles cant handle ps2, its too cutting edge for them. The minimum pc specs are higher than the console hardware capabilities. It's made by Sony, there would be a console version if the playstation could handle it.
Gw2 is an ok pvp game, its better than stuff like wow. But the top 2 current mmos for pvp are eve and ps2 easily. |

I want to add that even if a didn´t play a lot gw2 the hours I played were enough to made me a weak impression. Dont really need more. I cant recall how many hours I spent playing rvr in warhammer. And comparing gw2 rvr with warhammer rvr its a joke. imagine with daoc!!!!!! l |

War in 1.2 and 1.3 was better.
Before that bad wow style cc system After that bioware introduced "rvr for dummies" and dress as a rat. I would say gw2 does pvp better than war post bioware takeover. |

I'm going off what's available in the west, aow and aa betas may offer excellent pvp, I wouldn't know. Also I'm wary of pvp from beta tests, pvp often works better in betas when actual pvpers are the only ones interested in it. Then it goes live and you get pveers min maxing it "get shineys". Although thats more a problem with themeparks. |

1 daoc 2 planetside 1 3 planetside 2 4 pre bioware war 5 gw2 6 Aion 7 post bioware war 8 tsw 10087 swtor Wow doesn't count wintergrasp is on a timer. |
