I want to ask if anyone experienced a similar issue to mine.
I was on the free trial, made my 12 chars
the game became f2p I thought I would have to chose my 2 active chars right away but I didn't
The latest update comes up and it makes me chose my 2 active chars
I made my choice and get 2 active chars, I play with one then log out.
the next day I want to play again it asks me to chose my active chars again, so chose one of them and then it says I have 2 active chars, 10 innactive, but I only have the one char I picked up last as active
I submited a ticked and they say I need to phone them... I live in a country where I can't call them free, I tryed calling once and 20 mins holding on the line, ffs...
I hanged up, I don't know what to do...

Yeah the error seems to think that you need to click a character twice but then it assumes that you have chosen your 2. BTW that phone number isn't even free any more , maybe try it with skype ?
