So, I farmed my herbs, made my poison, setup my stall, sold some stuff, robbed some guild escort carts, did some duels and a few arena challenges. Time for Friday night fun!
I wanted to mix it up a bit, so instead of hanging around the main city, I went to the city where the first forbiden instance is, figured I'd kill some pve'rs
I heard someone mention her earlier today. She's the top constable, captured 30 people or so. I didn't respond figured see may be able to track me or something. She pm'd me one more time asking "Are you there" I just killed another. Let the cat and mouse begin

Just stay away from Jimming Posthouse unless you want that bounty collected.

Empress Wu is a machine. I constantly see Empress Wu captured X. Like a chinese Bat Man - Zoro wushu cross breed. |

For what it's worth, bcbully, I really enjoy reading about your adventures in Wushu, keep 'em coming. :) I just like games where players can make a name for themselves, be it fame or infamy! I'm trying to decide whether to just wait for the EU beta/launch or go ahead and at least try the schools in the US beta.

I don't mean to go off topic, but as a new player I'm having difficulty finding out any information on who to be wary of.
I assume the information is in the color of the Player's name or in the myriad of ironcs by their name that Ive no idea what they might mean.
Enjoying the game -despite not havent felt like this much of a noob in a game in years, lol.

You may be able to play cat and mouse in Age of Wushu, but you can't play cat and inverted mouse!
If you are waiting for the perfect game, the only game you play will be the waiting one. |

I like it. At the current state the game isn't polished enough for me, but I will definitely try it out once the EU launch happens.

Originally posted by tom_gore Just out of curiosity: what do you mean by polish? If you mean the translations, I'd agree that AoW needs a lot of more polish before being ready to release. It's a shame they haven't done anything about this since it gives a really sloppy impression - especially when you just start playing, the horrible Engrish text just adds to the confusion and makes the game feel cheap. But when it comes to the actual gameplay, graphics, animations, content and systems in place, I think AoW is more polished and fleshed-out than many current games, released or not. It's extremely well optimized, the models and animations are high quality, the world is immersive and well-designed (you can fly/jump to most places and use your imagination when fighting, hunting or being hunted). Very few glitches, hickups, serious bugs, missing features, etc. |

Originally posted by Biskop Yeah the systems are polished enough to not wipe.
I would like to see a lot more smoothing of edges of the enviorment. There are still "rough edges," like edges of roofs and walls. You can kinda get caught on them when jumping around. DamonVile- Games built for disposable players are now apparently built by disposable employees. |

So you mean that Empress in order to collect the bounty resorted in a cheap trick? inv and then kill? hahaha....almost pathetic, but out of curiosity? it works?

Originally posted by Biskop Yes I mean exactly the texts, etc. Plus hopefully the game will have more character customization choices at launch. I found the ones in the beta quite lacking. Graphically it looked ok and performance was pretty good too.
