The ArcheAge Facebook page has been updated with the news that registered players can now take advantage of the character creation option prior to the open beta start in January. Players will be able to design their character, reserve its name and choose a server.

Is there a none Asian looking model? The girl is quite pleasant to look at but maybe a little somethin somethin for us NA folks? Maybe this game isn't coming to Merica so in that case keep on keeping on.

Nah, there are 8 different races planned. In the video they showed Haroharans which are sort of oriental looking. However, Nuians seem to be a bit more Cuacasian in their appearance.

P.S. Do not that site is kinda outdated by now.

Oh I don't know, maybe because:

  1. Its amongst the MOST anticipated titles in western hemisphere.
  2. People are actually INTERESTED in everything there is to know about this game.
  3. Jake Song, the creator of Archeage already confirmed that English version is already in the works.
