Let me remind you Kyleran:

The original limited launch was due to AV originally having VERY low resources to build this game (small company). They now have the EU-1 and NA-1 server ready for Unholy Wars and each can easily hold the player base. Remember, AV has many new resources to work with on this day in 2012. All is well, friend.

I really doubt they would do this again as they already stated in that av doc that missing out on all those subscribers they did at first release cause of selling limited was the biggest mistake they ever made. Please stop spreading rumours before anything has been stated from AV.

With the attitude you're exhibiting, you probably shouldn't play Darkfall: Unholy Wars anyway.  One death and loss of all you have on you would more than likely be enough to leave.  Save yourself a few $ and play something else.

DF:UW won't be grind to win. 

Go buy Darkfall now and set up a subscription when it releases.  Pretty much a pre order, but AV really should show some professionalism and put a fucking PRE ORDER NOW! button on their website.. If people are willing to give their money away early take it before they change their mind.  

omfg av suck no preorder, no stress test server will crash and no one login. This is update not new game they are stealing money. Bad sounds, bad animation, no panda's, no lasers. Indie company with bad support av suck omfg.

Not really. Be patient and wait for a potentially great fantasy sandbox pvp-centric mmorpg. I am sure going to give it a whirl anyway. :)

Here's my guess.  Darkfall will run two servers.  They are looking for that niche group that like their game, not a game community that will have 50 servers.  Between the fan base that played Darkfall all the way till finish and the fan base that played Darkfall at launch and will come back and now the knew fan base that likes that Darkfall won't be quite as hardcore...they are probably really worried about the stress of the server and que times.  They aren't going to add another server...won't happen and it shouldn't as after a few months niche games like this will thin out some and you'll find your real fan base.  Just the present load will probably give us 4 hour que times, I really believe this.  So, I think in some ways Aventurine is actually a little worried about to much success off the back.

the game will be made available for anyone to purchase, it's just free + sub for anyone who already paid for DF1
