The Troubadour uses magical melodies and songs to heal group members, and weaken or attack enemies. Though Troubadours have healing powers, they're not just support! They could be a real force in PvP... Troubadour can be compared to a cross between cleric and spiritmaster. The class's "skill tempo" isn't fast, and though Troubadours are (currently) not a difficult class to play, they can be very adaptable to the needs of the group. Troubadours wear cloth armor.

Lazily browsing the Recent forum posts and then I see your link...The little yells, the colours, the butterflies, the polymorphs and summon...This makes GW2's mesmer seem macho.

Male version dunno, might look abit "weird" dunno just me saying, i mean the Gunner Male & Female looks kinda Hardcore in term of outfits, gears etc, but we will see even when the third and last class will show up from aion news  :)

Honestly Sorcs, Bards, Glads, Clerics, Gunners etc not my type really, mostrly i choose Sins/Rogue classes anyway :)

P.S. 4.0 update articles and previews are out.  Tons of new system and interface upgrades next to the content and classes etc. Still reading.

One more new character slot!

New basic class is technician, upgrading to gunner and likely the robot class.

RvR is back biggur and bettur. Upgradeable camps/fortifications in old rifting zones with spirithealer, merchants etc, other faction can apparently attack the camp destroy it again by killing the boss, large RvR dedicated zone, sieges, siegeweapons, siegedefence weapons, 2 flight combat heavy fortres + 1 other + 1 big one.

Technically they're advancing on their phasing tech for building up stuff by community and guilds and now for open sieges/RvR either. Also the new classes from the skill list are heavily using the new gauge skill mechanic (loading up a gauge and attacking with heavier/bonus effects in up to three stages.). But other classes get some gauge skills either.
