How do I gain access to my account if I've lost the security key?

Would I nneed to call them? and if I did, what kind if things would I be asked?

My aspergers makes it hard for my to talk over the phone.

Call support. They will have to get your security key out of account.

I use AVG, I can track my phone anywhere, and can activate it and it keeps the phone from making any calls, it only oallows the phone to give its gps.

I am hoping you put some sort of firewall/tracking product on it.

Other than that go to your carrier, you can get a new phone with the same number, either way you need to do it quick.  Smart phones can wring up a load of charges quick in the wrong hands.

You will have to call support. It's no big deal, just some faceless employee. Don't let your condition deter you.

I sent them something over contact customer service, once I click send nothing pops up. Have they received what I sent?

Since it's been over a day, just worrying.

I think you should be worrying more about your lost phone than your SWTOR account right now, did you at least SIM lock it via your cell company or online?

Or perhaps did you get a hold of someone else's account and know the password to but can't get in due to the key? /wink

I had it stole months and months ago, had the sim deactivated so meh, s'all good.

Nggh..No idea what my security question is ._. I tend to put in rubbish if I can't think of anything.

Read my last post in this thread, this further raises suspicion.

 

Yeah I'm sure there's more to it /sarcasm

I hadn't played in months and upgraded my phone so when i wanted to start playing again I had to call and have them take the key off the account. You have to know the secret question answers before they will do it so even if it is a hacked\stolen account you most likely won't get past that part.
