The title says it all...

I have 9 characters on one server, 1 character on another server, and 1 character on a third server so i have 11 characters total. For some reason i cant access the server where my 9 characters are located, it says its unavailable although it says server is up. Anyway, i log in to the other servers where i only have 1 character and try to make another character (limit of 2 character slots so i have one space available there) and it says that in order to make another character i must delete 11 of my characters.....

is this a joke, EA?

You can unlock up to 12 slots

I haven't seen that unlock for sale anywhere.

The only way I know of to get the 12 slots is to subscribe.

Same here. Though i have 11/2 charecter slot available could access them all.

You've obviously been misinformed. The point of Free to Play is to get you to pay something, not give you unlimited replays for free.

However, if there are going to be limits they should work. If you delete all but one of your characters, you should be able to start another one. Deleted characters should not count towards your character limit.

Nope this is the error message you get:

"You have exceeded the maxiumum character limit.   To create a new charcter you must delete 15 characters"
