almost run the exact same build although on mine i run with hammer and mace/shield or for more damage axe/shield also I found fear me much more useful than endure pain.. i'm just not a huge fan of the GS:)
I angered the clerk in a clothing shop today. She asked me what size I was and I said actual, because I am not to scale. I like vending machines 'cause snacks are better when they fall. If I buy a candy bar at a store, oftentimes, I will drop it... so that it achieves its maximum flavor potential. --Mitch Hedberg |

I too would avoid GS It's very underwhelming in comparison to the guardian and to do more damage, I'd go for Sword/Axe or Axe/Axe I run sword/axe because of "2 skill", which lets you catch up with or run away from as well as has a cripple as "3 skill" axe/axe does a bit more damage, but it's not as useful imo So for sPVP -> Sword/Axe and Hammer for most situations Mace/Shield and Hammer for when there's no group dynamics and you're forced to solo a lot sword/shield and hammer for duels
WvW: bow is a must with the build that gives you 1200 distance gun is okay too if you have piercing bullets build (i stopped using it because it's just too hectic most of the time) melee choice -> axe/axe or sword/axe for most damage and whirlwind GS is okay too because of the larger arch, but I personally still avoid it and only use it on guardian
BUILD: for sPVP as a warrior, I think having the SWEET REVENGE is a must. so i'd switch that from heightened focus as (at least IMO) it's kind of bugged. it never really adds critical chance to my character sheet for some reason sweet revenge means I barely die at all in both spvp and pve because this is what I do when down now: 1 - throw rocks until your life bar is at 10% 2 - rally with 3 button 3 - beat on them with your most damaging weapon and try to kill them or something, anything, even if it's a poor animals nearby 4 - as soon as something is dead, you're back in the game
I literally only died once in the last week and that was because there were just too many things near that stupid Lyssa temple that kept killing me over and over, but you could chain this continuously as long as you know what you're doing also, since you already have RENDING STRIKEs, it might be good to add CULL THE WEAK from defence to it as the one you have now, just gives you more adrenaline. this would give you more damage against most opponents since they'll be already vulnerable other than that, for a defensive build, this seems pretty good. I usually play a borderline glasscanon, so might is a bit different
