Originally posted by prpshrt so because they have plenty of room for expansion the game is only half a game?... makes a lot of sense I angered the clerk in a clothing shop today. Originally posted by Aerowyn I define an expansion as a whole new map. You know, like with cantha in factions and elona in nightfall? Huh. Apparently I've painted a target at the back of my head for trying to be honest. |

The game is plenty big enough at the moment. The bigger a world gets the more spread out people are. I would like to see them add some things to the game....serious additions.
Like more emotes and an appearance editor. Throw in housing too. |

Originally posted by prpshrt So Lotro was a half finished game? They didn't release with mines of moria, rohan, etc. WoW was a half released game too? They didn't release with Northrend, Outland, Pandaria.. Oh, let's not forget Swtor either, since they didn't release with all the planets and galaxies.. Sorry, but you weren't being honest, you were just expecting too much and being impatient. |

[mod edit] The irony in this...is astounding lol.
Patch notes are great though, I gotta re check cause there was a broken de in orr, didn't see it or may have missed it, smh.
Anyways enjoy life guys and peace. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ns-IIn-DG-c Try to argue this please. Oh also if you quote me and it's to argue my point, if I don't respond it means I haven't been corrected by you and/or I haven't seen it. Remember I don't mind admitting I am in the wrong. Take care :D |

Originally posted by hotix You still dont understand what casual means. As stated before, the game is mostly for the casual gamers (which is a majorrity) and for people that can live without carrots.
for those people there is more then enough content when they reach level 80. Because the content is there if you look for it. But then some people are just to blind to see the content when that isnt marked with uber gear and other power stuff.
I have 200 hours played whis like 40 hours a weeky, (would probably get me marked as addicted by most non hardcore gamers) and [mod edit] i have several alts and my main is not at 80. And i am enjoying every minute of those. Those hours make your comments about not being level 80 yet look totally out of order. You dont seem to grasp the fact that people play games to have fun and not as a leveling geargrindign machine. Leveling is to many people of no importance at all, they are enjoying everything thats in the game and wayting for you around the next corner.
But then, as most content is not marked on your maps be hearts, some people will probably never find it. Best MMO experiences : EQ(PvE), DAoC(PvP), WoW(total package) |

[mod edit] Enlighten us first why we should CARE to reach max level so quickly. If this had been WoW, SWTOR, TERA, etc etc, I know the answer already. Been playing at a casual pace of 40 hours weekly and needless to say I'm enjoying it. I enjoy wandering around doing stuff that I stumble upon. I'm pretty sure I'm speaking for the many people here who still hasn't reached 80 despite the long total playtime.[mod edit] [mod edit] |

The last post summed it up for me. I have been playing since launch and I would consider myself putting in average hours but still decent hours. I am only level 45 (Alts below level 5) and completed about 20% of the map and haven't even touched PvP or dungeons yet. I split my time between personal story, exploration (map clearing) and crafting. Some people say the personal story is boring (which one I don't know, there are lots) but I am genuinely interested in mine. Had a great moment defending a large tent full of ambassadors last night from 3 different points. Really great moment. I am not here to grind out level 80 in two minutes, I am having fun just playing the game and watching the levels climb naturally. Makes me wonder what the hell is wrong with people when I see them posting that they are maxed out in a new MMo within 3-4 days. You can only do that if you skip content and just raid or grind out something endlessly.
