You had me there for a moment. Somehow I knew you would end up with this. For some reason all the GW2 fans have the burning desire to come and tell us how much WoW sucks and how much they don't like the game and how GW2 is sooooo amazing.

OF course this was followed by all the other posters who say that all the good people from Blizzard left to form company x, y, z, a, b, c etc......................... Going by all these forums posts there are 100 companies with Blizzard employees.

Trust me that this sort of thing is all over the place. Everybody pisses in everybody else's pool. I hate it and I understand your frustration.  You do have to realize though that when you want to back the star fighter, that fighter needs to take down the champ.

Blizzard's A-crew was reassigned to Titan a long time ago. The ones currently working on WoW are just low ranking developers making silly content for a silly playerbase willing to accept what the game has turned into.

you are wrong. as soon as i started it i saw how childish little punks most were. video games are supposed to be fun, but so many of them took it so seriously that they literally hate you and get their little 'cliques' poking at you too, if you dont agree with them or do what they say. i did meet many people i liked along the way, and the last server i was on, which is where all of this story came from, there were many more mature people than i had found on other servers, which is why i was there. and ya, i know gw2 will have the same types of people, you cant possibly be stupid enough to think i dont know that and would be using this as an excuse. i didnt even read up on gw2 until end of july, and i had already pretty much decided i was quitting warcraft before then. things just happened to come together rather nicely.

this had nothing to do with my social skills. the cpl of guilds i was in before i made a bank had decent people, i simply had things i wanted to do on my own that didnt need these people with me, and i didnt need anyones help. but if youre not in a guild with a bunch of people you are looked at strangely if you dont constantly raid with them, or go out front to duel them, etc. i wasnt into raids, where you do the exact same thing day in day out until you finally beat a boss. mobs are in the exact same place, you do the exact same thing every time; theres nothing special about that. you know how to repeat the exact same action around every corner and know what to expect every time? yay. doesnt get any more boring. i was hardcore pvp, theres absolutely nothing predictable about that; and because i didnt raid, i only started getting some semblance of respect, because few knew me personally, after i got my 100k hk ach n title. so im supposed to be a predictable little 'l33t' raider prick and hang in a group of them whether i like that or not like everyone else? pfffft.

i never asked you or anyone for any advice, so that you can shove. this was 100% experience in warcraft man. i have a life, and im on video games for fun, not to get my blood pressure raging because little johnny j***off is mad at being grounded and takes it out on his game.

Basically Denambren is saying that none of your mentioned problems have anything to do with the game World of Warcraft and entirely the people you associated with. The way you type these posts with a complete disregard for the shift key and overuse of the comma key in addition to the specifics provided, I agree with him totally. You either are attracted to drama or are the catalyst for drama around others. Many of your problems you described could be alleviated by a change in your behavior. Your distaste for raiding in a guild could be avoided entirely by joining a pvp guild. A desire for compensation for running guildmates through instances is either unfounded, unrealized or easily avoided by not doing that activity.

I also agree with Tenkousei as being spot on. I can't agree more.

It wont matter what game you choose, the communities will eat you alive if you let them. Hello Kitty Online might be an exception, you can try that and report back. Otherwise learn to stand up for yourself, avoid putting yourself in stressful situations or avoid associating with people that don't improve your experience. And believe it or not, improving your writing will attract different people.

Most of the real talent left Blizzard years ago and it's showing now. There are very few people at Blizzard these days that had anything to do with Diablo 1, Diablo 2, Starcraft 1, Any of the Warcraft RTS', or even the original WOW. They are just trying to coast on reputation alone at this point and that never ends well. Blizzard has had their day in the sun and now their dusk quickly approaches.
