Well I have one month left on my annual pass so I could login and check things out but I simply have zero interest in wow now (after 6 years and 9xlvl 85's). I'm not a panda hater I just feel bored with the game overall and feel the experience is unbelievably dated now regardless of "big patches".
I want fresh experiences, not ones that are the same as before just with new skins and increased stats. I also feel pretty miffed that I paid for annual pass and got zero content in 9 months, worst financial decision connected to a game I've ever made.
Definitely won’t be logging in to check this out. |

Wow, you QQ so much over the "new" changes. Did it really freak you out to uninstall the game because you are too lazy to deal with the changes and relearn the classes? At least this patch weeds out the nincompoops! :) Everyone will always come back. True story. |

It looks like my last /wowquit is actually sticking for me. I think I'm safe unless they release a "Return of the Burning Crusade" xpac, which I would almost surely fall for.

Originally posted by Yukmarc Find it odd these people saying WoW is even more dumbed down are the same who say they cannot be bothered to go back and look at the changes, heaven forbid they need to re-learn their class and others to some extent, they just want to cruise through on auto pilot.. spunds more like the player is dumbed down rather then the game. |

Sry but that's just me. |

The direction WoW is heading is a childish one, they are aiming for young kids and teens. pet battles - 0
I for one have zero interest in Blizzard games anymore, and many are following. Ashame tough, as i never tought i could abandon Blizzard... http://speedtest.net/result/2112016336.png |

Cross realms sounds good, should make making alts so much better as there will be a healthy amount of players in every zone and seemless to. Might look odd with players appearing and dissapering as you cross the imagainary zone borders. Imaging chasing a player who has been ganking you for hours only for him to run over the border and dissapear. |

Why do people keep saying the exact same thing with every expansion or even content patch they release? Give it a rest already. The people enjoying WoW are playing it, the ones that aren't flock to topics like this and proclaim Blizzard's demise.
I wanted to type something really smart as a reply to this subject, but the Scarlet Blade ad got me distracted and I forgot what I wanted to type. |

Ok, once again I have to level my wrath against the talent system. Incoming
For those saying it takes away from the min/maxing and that raid groups will not be saying you need "x" spec from "x" tree. Wrong! Look at the level 75 talents for Hunters. One gives a dps boost every 2 min lasting 30 seconds. One gives a dps boost every 2 min lasting instantly (pet increase damage). The last one make your pet run around hitting everything. Which ones do you think raid groups are not going to want you to have. Same with the Warlock 75 tier. I chose the grimoire that lets me have different looking pets. They get a boost to damage, but all of the theory crafters have pointed out that the grimoire that lets you put 2 demons out together for a short period is the max spec. Ya, raiders won't disciminate against shivas and watchers...... Also, the first tier for hunters is wasted for me. Every one of the choices deals with Disengage. I've never used it, don't plan on using it. Never had a reason to use it. But now I don't have a choice but to take a talent that affects it. Wasted.
Everything else about MoP seems ok to me. /rant off I want a mmorpg where people have gone through misery, have gone through school stuff and actually have had sex even. -sagil |

Disengagde in PVP is obvious for kitting and now with the additional abilies it's even more useful, you're getting smacking about in melee by a warrior if you took the root option you can disengage and root that sun-bitch to gain vital distance. I dont need to explain the benefit of self heal and speed boost.
Disengage in raids/dungeons can be used to quickly stack on a boss or an area - while others are running you can get a few more shots off and then disengage on to the target. Also be used to get across a room to gather up some adds or to get OUT OF THE FIRE!
Disengage can also be used to negate fall damage if used at the proper time (ie before you hit the ground) ....you seriously never used Disengage? and canot see a use for it? |

Originally posted by Odinthedark1 ..its a common thing LOL. I love my hunter but I loved my enhance sham more.. however right now my sham feels wrecked and I can't stand it anymore. I went thru alot of bad times with shaman but it was fun to play.. right now its terrible and just doesn't feel right. Now after the disappointment with the sham, i jumped on my hunter.. i've never felt more OP. Though as of right now I think hunters were pushed to far into the right direction and will get knocked back alot. As for disengage, great talents tbh as i prefer the reduced CD one. Hunter talents rock all the way round.. my personal favorite is pet ambush. My BM feels absolutely amazing.. favorite spec on hunter and it is goooood. Then again we're not 90 and don't have insane stats to scale with yet so maybe shaman may feel right.. not holding my breath though. |
