Now a lot of us have silly sigs, but this one just screamed WTF?  Maybe its just my knowledge of combat in a historical sense.... but a guy without a helm was usually dead when fighting people with helms.

I'm thinking the sig was going for rp/bravery... but just sounded stupid.

It's one of the biography/personality questions for the Warrior profession you can set during character creation.

Well, the less armor you have the easier it is to maneuvre.

I don't see why it would be weird for someone without armor to kick the butt of someone with full armor.

Ofcourse all my logic comes from one battle in game of thrones, and is therefor most likely massively flawed, also, i never considered bows anywhere in my logic.

That is a line taken from one of the personal stories decisions at character creation. I believe it was for warrior. At least it was for my asura warrior. You can choose between a couple of helms, or no helm at all. And the no helm choice was 'I don't wear a helm and people respect me for it".

I know the fight you're referring to and the guy in lighter armor was just hands down better and more experienced.

Not wearing a helmet (if you had one available) would be outright stupid. The way even the lightest injury to your head can kill you or hamper you is a huge reason.

Have the tolls gone so far that we are trolling peoples sigs?  When will this nonsense end and why cant these people just learn to accept GW2 is going to a popular game and move on with their life if they dont want to play.

Maybe they don't wear a helmet so they don't sparkle in the sun and blind people.
