I'm probably going to buy a new mouse. Now that my old trusted one died, I have to use my old Logitech cordless MXsomething. But I hate it for action games. It is too bulky and heavy for precise pointing. I like my mouse to be light and precise so that I don't need to move it far. I usually prefer mouse with cords, because they are lighter. Does anyone have suggestions? |

But yeah, I went straight to Logitech and bypassed the Retailer entirely. The retailer really can't do crap for you unless you want to return the item. That being said, I have to say that on it's own accord, I have never had a Logitech product fail me, ever. Razer on the other hand, hundreds of dollars spent and lost on faulty, crappy products. I'll never buy another Razer peripheral again. |

Originally posted by someforumguy I love my Logitech G500. It allows you to actually change the weight of it, via a weight system in the palm area. It has on the move speed-change (can't think of the word, ugh). I really love mine. |

Naga mouse and Blackwidow keyboard. Let the ownage start =-) Razer products are by far the best quality you can buy, function and form. |

Originally posted by Nanfoodle I have a naga but find myself hardly ever using the side keys. I still fumble when trying to use them. The G15 Keyboard is pretty awesome with some Macro capabilities (although useless for GW2) but the keyboard does support Gw2 for the LCD screen. |

Thanks for the suggestions, but I never really use programmable buttons on a mouse. Not even in MMO's. I'm used to keybinds for that. Also apparently I use the 'fingertip grip' (I don't rest my palm on the mouse), so a broad mouse or high mouse is not that great for me. Anyway, I'm just considering a simple Razor, the Razor Abyssus. Does anyone have experience with this one? |

My trusty trackman and a new keyboard I will get before launch...
I just can´t trust a mouse for a game when precision is the key, and they are so slow as well. |

Originally posted by Amjoco I've been looking at the G13, so I'm curious here. Do you think it would be feasible to use the thumbstick for all the movement/dodging, or is it too easy for you to lose your position on it? |

Plain old keyboard and mouse, and still playing better than the majority, I'm sure. "Forums aren't for intelligent discussion; they're for blow-hards with unwavering opinions." |

The best uses I've found for the thumbstick are as a push to talk button so I can continue to use all my other fingers for abilities and movement while I talk. The other main use is as a modifier to create another set of binds. For instance, up on the thumbstick is bout to Alt so now I can bind every button+alt on the pad. I've owned both this pad and the nostromo (which was owned by belkin at the time) and I prefer the G13. |
