yah,was a tough sale not to pass up. Spent $30 on 5 games. A couple were goofy side scrollers but fun none the less. |

Just got Dungeons of Dredmor for $2. They should sell Amalur for like 90% off... that game is definitely worth $5... not $60.

The best deal I've gotten was the game From Dust for $3-4 bucks. I was really hoping to see Civ5 expansion on sale for 33% or more but I'll have to wait till Christmas. |

I just looked up the steam calculator site. 2 weeks ago the average amount of money people spent on their account was $820.
It's gone up by $100!, Valve must be raking it in. The steam calculator website tracks 800,000 accounts. That means they've made $80,000,000 in 2 weeks, and thats only from the 800,000 accounts which are monitored on the site out of the 40 million registered to steam.
Also keep in mind they only employ 250 people.
Company of the year anyone? |

Still the only game that ive parted with my money for is Limbo for €2.50. Theres a few more ive been tempted by but not enough to part with my hard earned cash. |

Good idea. I'm an accountant. You save your money and invest it. In 10 or 20 years, that $20 you would have spent on a silly video game will have grown to $40 to $80 and you will be well on your way to a well funded retirement. |

It's the old "well...I still have 147 games in my steam library to play...I suppose I can wait for the summer or winter sale on this one..." |

Looking at my steam library I feel like a fat kid who's eaten too much candy....
I bought 25 new games, I wanna play them all, but there's just too many...I don't know where to start. |
