Start with the official wiki, wiki.guildwars2.com. You can find a LOT of info there already, not all in a guide format, but the raw info gets added there fast.

There's plenty of guides around (many of them linked on these boards) but I tend to stick to the wiki. The GW wiki community is impressive with keeping things updated. It's still in an early state for GW2 because it hasn't launched yet but most info is already on there. But to give you an idea just check the wiki of the original GW, it has comprehensive info on everything in the game so I expect GW2 wiki to be(come) the same and there'll be official forums as well.

I haven't seen anything comprehensive on classes. Just poke around on youtube or the wiki. sPvP wise, definitely check youtube videos, maybe you can find some good builds in a few places, but I'm looking for that myself right now. Guides are not really in full swing because ANet is still changing things up.
There's very little info on mini-games atm. |
