So I was checking out the reviews for TSW, 89% of the reviews are positive for TSW.... AS THEY SHOULD BE... but every so often you stumble across...

Is it so hard to take the bird and bug off from trying to troll and bash this masterpiece? you feel THAT threatened that you have to literally give 1's and completely biased and untrue critques to this calibur of a game? absolutely ridiulous. Cannot wait to rally the thousands that listen to my DJ station and mixes to come on this forum and bash the shit out of upcoming games just cause I dislike them, motivating them with prizes and giveaways...

is THIS what the MMO world has come to? I appealed to some specific gaming communities waiting for certain MMO's to chill and give praise to an MMO that does shit a new way...but they simply could not keep there biased and competitively fueled hatred back. I am so glad that the the majority of the TSW community is not of that calibur. I have been playing MMO's for a very, VERY long time, and I can say that "MOST" the community in TSW is reminiscent of the communities that used to play and love MMOs. Todays community OUTSIDE TSW is by far the most "fair-weathered", "BANDWAGON" e-peen-sporters I have ever had the misfortune of knowing about..

on a positive note: TSW is a game (although not THE BEST EVER) that is absolutely amazing, and a game that will assist in changing the genre from "Shit" to "Gold". Devs pay attention!

By teh way.... this "non-existent" customer service has assisted me promptly (within an hour) with every petition I have had, which INCLUDED an item that was accidently deleted... such care and understanding through my petitions (and others within my order that have made petitions) is unheard of in an industry such as this.... FC Customer support is amazing... please do not by into the lies put forth by detractors that feel their game is threatened by this bad ass MMO.

You will always get people who hate games no matter what..

Sometimes they jsut hate the sound of it never play it but slag it off as much as possible, other times they play it for an hour find one bug then go crazy over this one very minor bug, or after playing for 10 minutes quite and call it shit...

Your always gonna get that and thats just the way of things.. your also gonna get people who give the game a chance and actually spend time playing but still rate it quite low... other will do the opposite and rate it 10/10.. its just the way of things we all like different things.

If im going to buy a game that I cant test out I usually read as many reviews as possible and also player reviews and then decide.

I also agree with the last bit of your post.. sure its not the best game in the world but its an awesome mmorpg and the main thing for me is thats im having a lot of fun :)

Currently not playing it for financial reasons, but I have this to say:

Not gotten used to it yet? Take a chill pill and enjoy the game. Those that can look past biased reviews and troll-ratings are the ones deserving of a good game. Those that can't aren't and its their loss most of the time.

while i certainly love TSW i think perchance the term 'juggernaut' is a bit misplaced here ...

Seriously, the OP is just as bad as the post being complained about.

Making posts that claim TSW has no faults, is absolutely, 100%, as bad as the other side of the coin.

The reality is something inbetween.

TSW does have bugs, they do affect some people, but not everyone.

For some people, TSW does have poor customer service, for others it is fine.

And, the OP  is soo good, that they feel they need to BRIBE people to say shite about other games? really?

As for the remarks aimed at the people not playing TSW, all I can say is, if the OP is indicative of the type of person (and community) playing TSW, I am really, really happy not to be associated with them.

you shouldn't use your DJ station and prizes to manipulate game ratings :(  that would make you worse than those who simply hate the game and give it all "1" votes.

Do you really care that much what some random person says on the internet? Do you really feel the need to rally the troops? Some people that like different games then you, spoke up about how they didn't like the same games as you. It's not like everyone that reads it is going to feel it's the truth now that it's been put on the internet. Just a hunch, but maybe it's time to take a break from the forums.

there does seriously need to be a 'hate and hype' filter.. the amount of both on just about any game discussed is.. amusingly high.. neither is accurate and neither is really taken seriously, except maybe by the ones posting if even then. As always, ignore the hype and ignore the hate.. somewhere in there will be genuine comments from genuine people..

Don't be so worried that person is not even an official reviewer.  Therefore I am perplexed as to why they need a thread about it.  Plenty of people write their own reviews doesn't mean they get much attention.

There is only one review I care about and that is me.  If you let others make decisions for you about what you are going to do...

A little comment is appropriate here and it's that Funcom actually had a bug in the petition system that deleted some petitions. They have fixed it now, but it can really give a bad impression.

At the same time, the amount of general bugs in the game is really low, so calling it a "super buggy game" is quite a slanted view of things, probably coloured by the petition getting deleted - because of a bug ironically.

Op i know you probably had good intentions somewhere when creating this thread. But youre not just feeding a troll, youre buying it a new dress, taking in some live theater, and ordering it the surf and turf lol

But seriously, try not to get so caught up in a troll post to the point that youre creating a new thread to rebroadcast it in other parts of the internet.

I don't hate the game, but I didn't like it either. I feel that chaaracter customization is lacking, (whats up with locked sizes?) they over so it with pop culture references, combat feels clunky to me, and the CS+SUB payment model just seems wrong. I wont say the game itself sucks, because is actually quite good. Technically, all the peices are there working together. But its just not for me.

TSW is so juggernautish I didnt even know it was released and Im on these forums daily..

Im not saying TSW is a bad game (tho it certainly should be singleplayer game - it will suffer the same fate SWTOR did)

but saying games like TOR and GW2 are threatened by it are jibberish - funcom screwed (maybe intentionally after AoC failure) the advertising, the hype for the game outside MMO community is nonexistant
