Playing single player games. Currently Crusader Kings 2.

Did some Fallen Earth, Rift, and SWTOR. Getting ready for TSW. Waiting for The Repop.

I am in WoW, my only currently subbed game. I have blacklisted sci fi MMO's after the SWG /. TOR drama. 

If you can't beat them I'm not going to and instead am resigned to WoW addiciton but riding the wave. For the foreseaable future. Give in. Join us.

Agreed, although the communication between the devs and the players is excellent. I really like what I see so far.

But yes, as always, caution is needed. No need to hype anything.

Darkfall-

Player city battles for control. player housing (much harder to obtain). Open world. PVM is great. PVP is great. Crafting is great. Perfect replacement.

Went back to Anarchy Online and taking a break from it to play some SWTOR which to me was sorta a let down in the long run (however I really enjoyed my Agent Operative storyline in the game, so not all was lost for me).

Now I am playing TERA and very much enjoying the game (even though I didn't think I would). However with TSW on the horizon, I may be tempted to break away from TERA to try some modern day mmo immersion than a fantasy one.

As everyone stated http://www.therepopulation.com/ looks fantastic (I know there wont be lightsabers / tie fighters and rancors :) but it will probably be the closest game to resemble the SWG experience).  I truly hope this game takes off and will be pledging this game shortly.

Other than World of Warcraft and the semi-annual returns to Eve, I haven't found any MMOs that have kept my attention for more than a few months.  I'm looking forward to The Repopulation, but in the meantime I'll give both The Secret World and Guild Wars 2 a go.

Playing EVE whilst waiting for The Secret World to go live. After that, I only have Guild Wars 2 and The Elder Scrolls Online on the horizon.

I wonder if MMORPG.com has discussed this with SOE/LA since the shutdown of SWG?

well aint played SWG since it got kileld by the cu and nge..

there have been some good games since... Darkfall and mortal online to name a few.. Just waiting on another godo sandbox to come along now.. so will be playing TSW for the time being..

Game hopping and have not found one that I want to stay with.  Tried the other Star Wars and found it just not fun to play and have never cared for games with auto/full pvp in them.

So will just hide in the background and see if a game ever comes out that I enjoy playing.

Playing better games.

Since 2005, tried WOW, Warhammer and Star Trek Online. Currently playing TOR. Keeping an eye on GW2 and The Repopulation. The Repopulation piques my interest the most because the devs seem to want a more player focused and controlled world than what other games have. I really hope they can pull it off. 

Presently not playing or subbed to any MMO.

Playing ME3 to see the new ending having a bit of a mess around on other single player games but havent been gaming much at all opted to get myself fit again after 15 years of smoking and being lazy.  33lbs gained ( I was extremely underweight) and signed up for a biathlon in October so getting there slowly but surely.
