some info thought you guys might be interested in Cabals are either 4-Tier or 5-Tier structures. All 4-Tiers are the same except for rank name. All 5-Tiers are the same except for rank name. The only difference between 4-Tier and 5-Tier is that tier 3 in the 4-Tier is split into tiers 3 and 4 in the 5-Tier.
5-Tier Cabals:
For the privilege levels below - each tier has the privileges of the levels below it, plus the ones listed at its level.
