The Arena.Net blog has been updated with an invitation to players to help the team stress test the Guild Wars 2 servers on June 27th. The test will run from 10:00 a.m. PDT (11 MDT, 12 CDT, 1 EDT) that day.

That sucks....guess I won't be playing that one. Some of us have to actually work! 4 hour stress test in the middle of the day during a work week? Probably be a fairly light load there, Anet.....

This stress test will start at 7pm in central europe. The time for closing event in the BWE's was not very EU friendly though. |

They obviously want their staff on hand to monitor things and take any action they may deem necessary if something breaks. Can't do that in the middle of the night! It's early evening for me so I'll be able to make it, bet that four hours goes in a flash... |

4 hours seems like nothing. I will probably spend like 1 hour taking screenshots and nothing else. I wonder if it will take them 2 or 3 weeks after stress test for next BWE. |
