Interesting things going on with the pricing for TSW.
Pricing in US$ and Euro's remain the same as other 'major' subscription titles (WoW, SWToR, Rift etc).
UK prices are however £4 ($6+) more per month than the UK pricing in the above titles. This would equate to a UK player paying over $65 more per year to subscribe than a US player.....Funcom is a European based company.
A number of posts have been made to get some official clarification, however, Funcom/EA remain silent. Moderators have been burying the threads to the back of a 3500+ post thread that relates to the cash shop business model that TSW will run alongside subscriptions. The thread is also away from the popular General Forum and in a stand alone 'Announcements' Forum.
Conspiracy Indeed; one that is causing UK potential players to turn their back on the game even before launch.
