my first post here

after some hours in this game here my point of view :

- good story line

- good atmosphere

- some interesting quests but nothing new

- good deck system

- bad combat system (i would say aweful)

- characters and npc are like dolls , no emotion , no charisma

overall its not a bad game but its more a f2p game , i wont pay a monthly fee for that , so no for me 

(its just after few hours , opinion might change after end of beta)

cool. be sure to keep us updated every three hours over the next two days...

the game is not for everyone.  go play something else.

i wanted to give this game a try and made a first impression after few hours of play

that's it , there 's nothing wrong to do that right? 

he has a point though, game may be good or bad, or may be not for everyone; but sub fee is scam

i like how people imidietly bash and execute ops opinion, eventho the account has this one post only i can tell the same by just looking some gameplay videos. good story etc maybe yeah but combat looks so god damn awful for today what it can be that i can say no thanks just because of that. so whatever the ops agenda is i agree with hes opinions.

and yes not everyone likes same games and thats the whole beauty of it.

Hmm. You're doing exactly the same, and that's attacking and bashing those that disagreed with the OP, possibly because his opinion as you already stated reflects your own, which imo is doing the exact same as you're accusing those other posters of.

It's indeed simple, some people will like a game, others will dislike it, people will disagree with the subjective points stated why someone likes or dislikes a game, discussion follows, in the end maybe like 95% of all the people involved will still stick with their subjective opinions and viewpoints. The more balanced and reasonable someone's arguments sound, the less other people will feel the need to debunk them, that's also how things work.

As for the OP's arguments, I thought he'd presented them well, but I can also understand how others might question posters with a newly created account that are negative, I mean there've been trolls enough on this site that create alias accounts to troll or trash games with them.

was plesently suprised at it  and would love to send  them money

£30-£50  i could afford  as a one off payment

but i cant afford the  sub  month after month so i wont  buy the game, shame as i really did like it

ok to make it clear, the account is new but doesnt mean i'm new to the forum, i created it because "mmorpg" gave away some keys for the beta and since i created the account why not giving my feelings about this game

everyone might see this post as a troll , fair enough but that wasnt my goal

anyway this game is not bad but not worth a monthly fee for me

I don't mind paying a sub for a good game but £12.99 a month is just far too high for my taste. It's a good game but  not so good to be paying way over the average. I would have thought the addition of a cash shop would bring down the monthly fee. Apparently not.

Yeah, Although i doubt F2P will help it much......many people might not agree, but combat is a MAJOR aspect in MMO's if it doesn't play well in this aspect almost all of the other things get lost in it's failing.

Agreeably TSW has so many good other things, but the combat animations-targeting-feel is just so poorly implemented.

he has a point. I think TSW is a good game, OP would like to play it but it is not worth for pay subscription every month

this is my second beta and im enjoying it more than the first beta. However, i wont get the game unless it goes F2P like the other Funcom games. Maybe, and only maybe if Funcom fix all the bad animations and the game becomes popular and stays P2P then maybe next year i would buy the game cheap and get lifetime. But F2P all the way if you ask me. Or B2P even better

to me I think its the real world setting along with how the basic movement "feels".  I don't find the movements feel very natural and overall the models have a very "stiff" feeling. Some of this has been improved but overall not enough and it's the sort of thing people react to on their first impression of the combat.
