Honestly, with the way the dollar is performing, and how much interest you get at a bank, keeping your money in GW2 is probably at least as good as having it in your savings account. :P With the added benefit that a savings account doesn't let you into any sort of beta weekends. |

ChargeBack fees can cost up to $100 and no Publisher in the US of A is required by law to provide voluntary Refunds on any product even if the product is inherently broken on release like Diablo3 was. Only Korea apparently has the common sense to protect its consumers from that claptrap. Meanwhile Anet is clearly taking their time to release this right with proper server capacity to avoid the catastrophic failures D3 made.

No way I'll cancel. After two BWE's I'm anxiously awaiting its release. The only problem is that they better have it released before December. After Dec 22 I'll be too busy fighting off Zombies from the Apocalypse doomed to happen. Besides if they deliver it before then, we can have a GW2 end of the world event in game.

I am in for the long haul and back anet 100% but i do believe anet is going to start taking a negative pounding by many and likely even the press if they dont let us test it more often which would benefit them as much as the players or they need to give us an approximate release date soon.. I love this game and as much as i would love to see it release now i would only want that if anet is comfortable with it and not until its their reputation on the line and they really need to walk the tightrope carefully here to keep from falling off.. My advise would be for anet to give us an approximate but not set in stone timeline... Playing GW2.. |

They never promised a summer release. If you fooled yourself into thinking it would release before summer, well you know who to blame for that. Odds of that happening don't seem all that high. |

Long before pre-purchasing started I knew the only official words about a release date were "2012" and "when it's ready", so as long as they keep their word, no refunds needed on this side.. :) What can men do against such reckless hate? |

I think the only ppl that will go for a refund are those ones that didnt find the game their thing. Dont quite understand the thread. You mean what? That ppl are so immature and cry-babies that they'll get refund coz its not released as soon as they wished to? Are 8 years olds this poll's target?... I won't. I am in love with this game (especially pvp) and my attitude is "i'll play it when its released". I dont bite my nails and do voodoo stuff to make it happen any sooner :)

This poll seems ridiculous. Who on earth pre-orders a game with no release date and then demands a refund for not releasing when they want it to? |

I mean, not trying to be mean here but...either you knew what you were getting into, accepted it, and bought the game (like me), or you made a bad decision and have no right freaking out when you should know better. I bought this game sight unseen with no release date because I had faith it would at LEAST give me enough entertainment to justify the one-time cost of the box. Beyond that, anything I get is a bonus. |
